Local churches could run government-supported marriage bootcamps for cohabiting couples with children in a bid to get them to formally walk down the aisle with the promise of a "wedding bonus" ..., researchers suggest in a new report.
The report, "Saving America by Saving the Family: A Foundation for the Next 250 Years," was published last month by the conservative public policy think tank the Heritage Foundation.
